About me

I began my teaching career in the public school system before landing here at Wichita Collegiate School. This has been my home now for many years as well as the home of my entire family. I am passionate about children and strive to instill or elevate a love of reading in each and every one of them. Although I know every child will not walk away from my room loving to read, he/she WILL leave my room knowing the value of a great story. My hope is that as adults, my students remember they joy of hearing a wonderful story and will become lifelong learners and readers.
